Patient History

Detailed medical history of the patient can be taken systematically which enables the clinician to understand, evaluate and identify the cause of their infertility and plan their treatment accordingly

Inbuilt transvaginal scan reporting module which is capable of capturing details of all possible pathologies like mullerian anomalies, tubal and ovarian pathology.

Investigations

All investigations which are required to diagnose the cause of infertility can be requested from any diagnostic lab and reports generated can be synchronized and pushed into the EMR. EMR highlights abnormal investigations and enables clinicians to see their trends.

All the additional services that are provided to patients during their course of their treatment like Laser Assisted Hatching, Cryopreservation, PRP, TESA etc. can be documented precisely in to our EMR.

Ovarian Stimulation

Stimulation module enables clinicians to carry out variety of stimulation protocol for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation and captures details of follicular monitoring. AI enabled stimulation module assists clinicians in deciding gonadotropin dose, day of antagonist and type of trigger with insights like average gonadotrophin per patient, FORT, FOI, OSI etc. for analysis.

ART Treatment Planning & Counselling

OPD

Outdoor of all departments (ART, Obstetrics, Fetal Medicine, Gynecology, Urology, etc.) can be managed with this module capturing patient complaints, physical findings, history, prescribing medicines / investigations, important advice / counselling, and follow-up dates

IPD

All admissions (conservative/operative) can be managed with proper doctor and nursing rounds capturing complaint, history, vitals, examination, advises, prescribing investigations or medicines. EMR enables to capture operative findings / outcomes / complications of ART procedures (OPU / Embryo Transfer / Hysteroscopy / Laparoscopy). Operative notes and discharge summary can be generated in a few clicks.

IPD

Endometrium Assessment

Endometrial thickness, its quality (endometrial grade and vascular zone) and doppler can be captured for patients coming on HRT for Embryo Transfer.

Nursing

Starting from patient admission, nursing module empowers to do nursing initial assessment, vital monitoring, scheduling or administrating medicines, blood transfusions, shifting or discharging patients as per clinical excellence compliance. It improves the safety and quality of care through standardized care plans, guidelines, and automated alerts to prevent potential errors from nurses.
